Using a sauna and engaging in hot and cold therapies can offer a range of health benefits, but they may not be suitable for everyone. To ensure the safety of all participants in a Yorkshire Sauna Experience, we have outlined certain conditions that may make these therapies unsuitable for you.
If you have any concerns regarding sauna use or any of the below, then you must consult with your GP before using the sauna:
Have high or low blood pressure
Have any heart or circulatory disorders
Have epilepsy or diabetes
Take any prescription medications or suffer from any conditions that can interfere with your ability to sweat
Prone to dizziness or fainting
Pregnant or breastfeeding
Have any metal pins, rods, artificial joints or any surgical implants (including silicon)
