As a small business, last-minute cancellations can significantly impact our operations and affect the sustainability of our service. While we understand that plans change, we must balance flexibility with the need to protect our business.
With this in mind, we have designed our cancellation policy to be fair while safeguarding the time and resources that go into preparing your session.
Please review our guidelines carefully:
● Cancellations within 0 to 72 hours of your appointment:
○ The full booking fee will be charged.
● Cancellations 3 days or more before your appointment:
○ A full refund will be processed.
Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change, and we want to provide flexibility while maintaining fairness.
Clients can reschedule their session up to 72 hours before the appointment via their booking confirmation email. This allows you to adjust your plans while ensuring we can manage our resources effectively.
After the 72-hour mark, rescheduling will no longer be possible, as preparations for your session will already be underway.
This policy helps us create the best possible experience for all guests while keeping our operations sustainable.
No-Shows and Same-Day Cancellations
If you cancel on the day of your booking or fail to show up, no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
Weather Warnings
In the event of a Met Office weather warning that impacts your session, bookings will be rescheduled or a refund can be requested.
